OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this contest ("Contest") is:

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, July 24, 2026, and closes at 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, July 26, 2026 (the "Contest Period").
Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
The Contest is not open to employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Environmental Pest Control, Rentokil-Canada, Rentokil Canada Corporation or Rentokil Initial PLC, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, prize suppliers, or members of their immediate families or households.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligible participants may enter during the Contest Period by completing an official Contest entry form at the Environmental Pest Control booth at the 2026 Muskoka Boat and Cottage Show.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.
Only fully completed entry forms will be eligible.
5. Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
Individuals may also enter without attending the event by mailing a handwritten entry containing:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Telephone number
- Email address (if available)
- A handwritten original essay of at least fifty (50) words explaining why they would like to win the prize.

Mail-in entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won:
One (1) YETI® Cooler
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): CAD $350.00 before applicable taxes.
The prize:
- must be accepted as awarded;
- is not transferable;
- has no cash value; and
- may not be substituted except by the Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
YETI® is not affiliated with or sponsoring this Contest. Kahshe Events Inc. is not affiliated with or sponsoring this Contest.
7. Prize Draw
A random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will take place on:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided on their entry form.
If the selected entrant:
- cannot be contacted within seven (7) days;
- fails to respond within the requested time;
- is determined to be ineligible; or
- fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select another eligible entrant.
9. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as required by Canadian law.
Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and another entrant may be selected.
10. Prize Claim
The winner must provide satisfactory proof of identity before receiving the prize.
The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise agreed by the Sponsor. The prize is to be picked up at Environmental Pest Control’s office located at 17705 Leslie Street, Unit #18, Newmarket, ON L3Y3E3. If possible, efforts will be made to hand deliver this prize should the winner be located in Environmental Pest Control’s main service area. Environmental Pest Control will determine if ‘hand delivery’ is feasible.
If the prize is not claimed within that time, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate eligible entrant.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Contest will be used solely for:
- administering the Contest;
- contacting the winner;
- prize fulfillment; and
- sending future promotional communications from Environmental Pest Control where the entrant has provided consent.
Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

12. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Environmental Pest Control may use the winner's first name, municipality of residence, photograph and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. General Conditions
Environmental Pest Control reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control affects the proper administration of the Contest.
The Sponsor may verify any entrant's eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the Contest or violates these Official Rules.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final.
14. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Environmental Pest Control, its employees, officers, directors, representatives, affiliates, advertising agencies, prize suppliers and the organizers of the 2026 Muskoka Boat and Cottage Show from any liability arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
15. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
Any disputes arising from the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
16. Winner Information
To request the winner's first name and municipality of residence after the prize has been awarded, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within ninety (90) days following the draw.
17. Acceptance of Rules
By entering this Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules.
