Price match guarantee or any other special advertised by Environmental Pest Control is up to the sole discretion of Environmental Pest Control. Each individual special or price match may require proof of other advertised specials from competitors. Environmental Pest Control reserves the right to discredit or decline any advertised rate or special at its own discretion.

Bed Bug Guarantee - 3 months:
Only Fully Detached homes are eligible for a 3 month guarantee if canine detection and treatments have been performed by Environmental Pest Control. Unfortunately apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and semi-detached homes are not eligible for guarantee due to the possible re-introduction from adjoining apartments/homes.

Treatments may include multiple applications and the purchase of mattress and box spring encasements if recommended by Environmental Pest Control. All recommendations from Environmental Pest Control must be followed by the customer in order to validate this 3 month Warranty.

Limitation on Warranties:
ALL MATERIALS ON THE EPC SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." EPC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AS TO DOCUMENTS AND GRAPHICS PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE, EPC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE CONTENTS OF SUCH DOCUMENT OR GRAPHICS ARE FREE FROM ERROR OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE; NOR THAT IMPLEMENTATION OF SUCH CONTENTS WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS OR OTHER RIGHTS.
