CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES & PROTECTING PUBLIC HEALTH

Since 1988, Environmental Pest Control's primary priority has been the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and communities we serve.

We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic closely and are adhering to the advice and guidance of both the Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization.  

In addition to our existing robust health & safety policies and procedures, we wanted to take a moment to share the additional actions we are taking to further protect our employees, customers and communities. We have:

• Increased our sanitation and cleaning protocols in our offices and service vehicles.
• Implemented daily employee communications about hygiene, self-isolation and social distancing to help slow and stop the spread of COVID-19.
• Implemented work at home processes for our employees where possible.
• Executed the 14-day self-isolation for any employees who have returned from a personal trip outside of Canada.
• Closed our office doors to walk-in traffic.
• Contacted customers directly about any service changes, and will continue to do so.
• Committed to adapting our operations, processes and procedures as COVID-19 protocols and directives change.
